I still marvel that David Peel And The Lower East Side Band were recording their early albums with analog recording equipment which is so archaic by today's standards that you'll only find this sort of equipment with in museums which have exhibits which display the history of audio equipment, and yet it sound so much more melodic and harmonious than most.
